Liv Laugh Luv offers life coaching services tailored to moms aged 35-60, including but not limited to, The Moms Warrior Wisdom Session, Fearless Moms Focus Package and The Serenity Shift Package. Specific details, timelines and deliverables for each service will be outlined in individual agreements.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements or invoices. Payments are due within the specified timeframe. Late payments may incur additional fees or penalties as outlined in the agreement.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials created by Liv Laugh Luv, including coaching tools, session content and any other resources, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for the purposes specified.You warrant that any content provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information disclosed during the coaching relationship confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, personal details, session discussions and proprietary coaching techniques.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liv Laugh Luv will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Liv Laugh Luv harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not under our control. Liv Laugh Luv is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party websites and does not endorse their services.

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to remedy it within a reasonable time. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately payable.
